Whole Story support
Questions, a way to tell us something felt wrong, and how to take your data with you or erase it.
Tell us, in the app
Open You → Tell us. That is the door: a bug, an idea, or something that felt wrong. You can attach the app version and a failed request id — never health content — and, if you choose, the exchange you are writing about. We read it here and reply in the app. Nothing is copied to a ticket tool.
Export and delete
You → App and account. Export is a complete file of every record we hold. Delete removes the account and everything in it immediately. It cannot be undone.

Is this just another tracking app?
No. A tracker shows you a chart and leaves the reading to you. This one holds the whole story: what you tell it, what you log, what a watch measures if you have one, your conditions, medications and appointments. Then it tells you what matters now and what to do first. A tracker will not remember what you said in June, and it will not bring anything up before you ask.
Where does my data go?
Our database, and the language model that talks to you. No trackers on any screen that shows health data. Health numbers stay here — they are never sent on.
How do I change or delete something it remembers?
You → So far. Tap a fact to correct it. The dots forget it. Forgetting is a real deletion: it will not keep using that sentence.
How do I stop it notifying me?
You → How the coach works with you. Notifications, or set How the coach behaves to Gently. Gently leaves the morning line on Home and sends nothing.
Can I export or delete my account?
You → App and account. Export is a file. Delete is immediate and cannot be undone.
Do I need a watch or a tracker?
No. Everything works from what you tell it and what you log. A tracker adds the readings you would never type: sleep, resting heart rate, activity through the day. Those arrive without you typing anything once you connect Apple Health. If you have one and wear it some of the time, wearing it to bed is where it earns its place. Without one, your phone still counts steps, and your coach will ask about the night rather than wait for a number.
How it works
The coach remembers what you tell it, in your words, and what you log. Each night it looks at the day and writes one morning line when something is worth saying. It reads Apple Health when you connect it, plus meals, feelings, doses, and anything you correct under You → So far. Quiet nights stay quiet. It will not name a condition as yours, and it will not change a dose.
Steering the coach
You → How the coach works with you is where this lives. You can name subjects to leave alone — stop bringing up weight, calories, body fat, or alcohol, or add your own. You set how often it asks in the evening, how much it says, what to call it, and what a check-in focuses on: goal, plan, noticing, reflection, or the coach’s choice. Notifications live on the same screen.
Your account
What you tell it, what you log, Apple Health readings you share, conversations, and preferences live in our database. You can export everything as a file or delete the account under You → App and account — delete is immediate and cannot be undone. Sign out is on the same screen. There is no reset that keeps the account and clears the file; forgetting a sentence is You → So far, tap, then the dots.
