Help improve the coach, if you want to
A week in, Home asks once whether someone on the team may read some of your conversations to make the coach better. It's off unless you say yes, Not now is never asked again, and you can change your mind under You → App and account.
Hard months, and how you feel, without a score
Tell your coach about a loss, a move, a new baby, or a pregnancy and it reads your weeks with that in mind - a bad stretch inside one is not a finding, and you end it in your own words. Feeling anxious or unfocused is noted without a score or a disorder name; the coach looks first at what on your file moved with it.
Something you believe is remembered once, then left
If you state a belief about food, a supplement, or a protocol, the coach names it once and does not keep arguing. Only you can change or drop it.
A dose you have not taken yet is later today
An evening pill you have not taken yet reads as later today, not as missed. Not logged and skipped are different things, and neither is a score.
This week means the same thing on every chart
Health, a subject, and one figure now share one set of days: today, this week, this month, this year, or all of it. Your usual is not a range you pick - it stays your own recent average.
A figure, a sentence, then the chart
Each number now reads the same way: the latest reading, what it means in a sentence, then the shape over time. A quiet stretch is a state, not an empty chart.
A morning note only when something is new
The coach writes a longer morning note when something distinct has happened - a first finding, a review due, a question settled. Quiet mornings stay on the Coach tab as what it is working on, not a padded letter.
The Coach tab shows what it is working on
You can see what it is testing, what it is waiting on you for, what it noticed, and what it could not see yet. That list is put together from what it already holds - no extra question to you.
When it cannot see something, it says what would change that
If a pattern needs more of your days than it has, the product names the gap and what would fill it. Silence is not the same as nothing to say.
Logging something now says what it became
After you log a meal, a feeling, or a session, you see what was stored, what will read it, and when it comes back. If nothing is using it yet, it says so.
A weekly review is a choice you make
Keep, change, pause, or end - a material change to a plan waits for you. The week's write-up is the record of that choice, not a substitute for it.
A logged day can be removed
A diary row, a food, or a body reading you add by hand can be deleted. Goals and notices the coach holds stay on file as retired, so the history of what it thought remains readable.
